Sexual Health and STI Testing - LifeClinic Community Resources

Your Body, Your Sexual Health

Sexual health is an important aspect of caring for your body and your overall health. Things like determining whether your current relationship is a healthy one, getting tested regularly for STIs, and making sure your partner is tested too can all help you remain sexually healthy. Maintain good sexual health and protect yourself from STIs, by:

  • Choosing to abstain from vaginal, oral, and anal sex until you are in a long-term, single-partner relationship like marriage
  • Making sure you and your partner have both been tested for STIs before having sex

If you’ve recently had unprotected sex, or have had more than one partner, you are at risk for an STI and you should come in to get tested.

STI Testing

At LifeClinic, we provide free resources to women and men so that they can remain healthy. One of the ways we do so is by offering STI testing. STIs can cause long-term complications if they are left untreated. Learn whether you are at risk, what to do if you are, and how we can test you for some of the most common STIs.

STI Treatment

If your STI test result comes back positive, we provide treatment at our centers at absolutely no cost. STI treatment can be as simple as taking an antibiotic, depending on the STI you’ve contracted. Our professional staff will be able to provide you with information on the STI and all aspects of the treatment for it.
