LifeClinic in Bay City is located on Midland Road, between Carriage House Nursing and Rehab and McAlear Sawden Elementary. Please note that GPS will often take you to Carriage House but we are farther down. If you are driving from the direction of I-75, our building is on the left set back from the road. Our address is:

Transportation
Bay Metropolitan Transportation Authority provides pick up and drop off services for Bay County. Their website provides information on this service, including pricing and instructions on how to schedule a ride.
We understand that using public transportation can cause delays. Please call 989.922.5433 if you believe you will arrive late to your appointment. You are always welcome to wait in our lobby if you arrive early.
Parking
When you arrive, please park in one of the spaces nearest the building. The double doors for the Parenting Education department are on the left and the door for the Medical Clinic is on the right. Our receptionist will greet you and answer any questions you may have when you enter.
Medical Appointments
If you are coming for a Pregnancy appointment, an STI appointment, or an Options Education appointment, enter the glass door on the right to check in with the Medical receptionist. After you complete a Request for Services form, you will meet with your Patient Advocate who will discuss any questions and concerns with you. The nurse will complete any testing or treatment needed. If an ultrasound is needed, this will either be performed by the nurse or the ultrasound technician.
Parenting Education Appointments
If you are coming for a Parenting Education appointment, enter through the double glass doors on the left to check in with the Parenting Education receptionist. After you complete a Request for Services form, you will meet with your Client Advocate in a private room. Then, at the end of your appointment, you may spend any points you’ve earned in our Blessing Boutique.
